An oil painting marathon that is anything but dull

A two-day oil painting marathon devoted to creating a bright decorative picture with a white heron in a blossoming garden. A white heron among huge poppies and flowers — practically a garden of Eden. That is where the name came from by itself — "Eden".
I very much like the combination of an almost realistic bird and a deliberately decorative garden. I think it will be incredibly interesting to paint.
We will create a striking work, saturated with color, in which realistic painting is joined with decorativeness and freedom.

What the course gives you

- We will learn to capture the bird's graceful form, paint light plumage without muddy colors or monotonous white, and work with the deep blue shades of the wing.

- We will pay special attention to the large flowers: their shapes and the combination of warm coral, scarlet, and soft pink shades.

- How to bring many details together into a cohesive decorative composition.

Back in 1996 my parents took me to a children's art school. That was how it was done - children were sent to learn to draw. But unlike my classmates at the "art school", even then I had made up my mind that painting would be my profession.

After school I went to a college of culture, where I qualified as a "Master Artist". It is the place where they taught me not only to paint, but to cross-stitch, to knot macramé, to model and to carve... In short, everything you can possibly imagine in the crafts was passed on to me there by experienced teachers.
